TJ Hunter Engineering is one of sixteen participants for TxDOT’s PEPS DRiVE Program.

TJ Hunter Engineering, Inc. was granted the opportunity to become a part of the first round of mentees for TxDOT’s PEPS DRiVE (Diverse Relationships for Informative Value Exchange) Program. This program came to fruition in 2021 with a total of sixteen selected firms. Eight larger firms will mentor eight smaller engineering firms. This program provides numerous opportunities for the mentees, some of which are, guidance on technical development, assistance with increasing business management skills, and cultivating supportive and healthy relationships.
